About Marina
Marina Moura, MSTOM, L.Ac has been a California licensed Acupuncturist and herbalist since 2014. She received her Masters at Pacific College of Health and Science. Prior to this she earned a Bachelors of Science in Health Science and Nutrition at San Jose State University setting a good foundation for her studies in Acupuncture and herbal medicine. Marina is passionate about natural medicine and empowering people to take control of their health and healing. Although she treats a wide variety of conditions, she is most passionate about women’s health, management of stress and anxiety, digestive issues, acute and chronic pain and fatigue.
She has a gentle touch and uses Japanese Acupuncture style of needling which is great for those who have needle phobia or are sensitive to needling. In addition to her schooling she has taken multiple continuing education courses in CranialSacral Therapy with the Upledger institute as well as neural and visceral manipulation with the Barral institute. These light touch therapies work well to calm and restore balance to the nervous system and assist in healing nerve pain. Along with Acupuncture Marina also uses manual therapy, gua sha, cupping, herbal medicine, and nutritional counseling to facilitate healing.
Marina also provides cosmetic Facial Acupuncture and has completed the Acuregen Cosmetic Facial Acupuncture Signature Training Course as well as Facial Acupuncture classes with Michelle Gellis and Shellie Goldstein. Facial Acupuncture can help with improving skin texture, reducing wrinkles and acne by increasing blood flow and enhancing collagen production. It can also help reduce facial muscle tension and jaw pain.
Most recently Marina has been doing a deep dive into learning how peri-menopause and menopause affect women’s health and well being. She is excited to share her new found knowledge to help women going through the changes to feel like themselves again and maintain their health while aging.
When she is not working or studying Marina loves to spend time in nature, traveling and going on adventures with her family, practicing self care, dancing, and reading. Marina speaks English and Spanish.

"I would highly recommend Pacific Center of Health. My Acupuncturist was Marina and she was very professional. She asked a lot of questions where it was hurting and did her awesome best to get rid of my back pain. It does make a huge difference when your Acupuncturist sincerely cares and is friendly. My chronic back pain did get better after a few sessions. I recommend you ask for Marina Moura. She knows what she's doing."
