Insurance

Do you take health insurance?

We participate in many insurance plans and have an insurance Billing Consultant on staff to handle your billing needs. Currently, only Acupuncture is a common benefit of insurance. Massage Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, and Visceral and Neural Manipulation are not covered benefits.

Many insurance companies now cover Acupuncture for the treatment of common disorders. Below is a list of some of the insurance companies that cover Acupuncture. To see if your insurance has coverage, please call the office and we will gladly check your individual benefits. Alternatively, you are welcome to upload your insurance card when completing our New Patient Inquiry Form, and we will verify your coverage.

Please note that we have many practitioners at our office and not all of them participate with the same insurance companies. Feel free to inquire at the front desk to ask if the practitioner you are interested in seeing is a participating provider with your particular insurance company. In some instances, even if you do not have insurance coverage for Acupuncture, your insurance company may participate in a discount program that we honor, which can reduce your out of pocket expense.

We are happy to bill your insurance as a courtesy to you upon verification of eligibility and benefits but please remember that verification of coverage is not a guarantee of payment or benefits. We will do our best to review your coverage in advance and work with you and your insurance company to help you get your visits covered.

Do you take workers' compensation cases?

Yes! We treat many workers' compensation patients through Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, and even CranioSacral Therapy.  We are providers for all major workers' compensation providers and are well versed in the authorization and treatment process. We have a designated Workers' Compensation Coordinator here in our office to streamline the process.

We accept federal and state workers' compensation cases. Please contact our office for the companies we are providers for.
