About Adrian
Adrian Bean, L.Ac owns Pacific Center of Health and presides over the talented team of healers who have served San Diego for decades. Adrian is an experienced Acupuncturist who specializes in Manual Osteopathy, including Visceral Manipulation and Cranial Osteopathy. He teaches Neural Manipulation for the Barral Institute and enjoys tackling stubborn cases including traumatic brain injuries (TBI), chronic inflammation, organ dysfunction, and auto-immunity. His comprehensive training and extensive experience inform focused treatments that restore physical efficiency and achieve lasting results.
As a Certified Chinese Herbalist and student of functional medicine since the 1980s, Adrian’s pragmatic approach combines herbs and supplements to balance biochemistry by any means necessary. After years of teaching meditation and deep relaxation, Adrian developed the Reboot Method to dismantle chronic stress and promote self-healing. Adrian speaks English and Spanish.

“Adrian Bean and his CranioSacral Therapy is simply incredible and life changing for the better! I will forever be grateful for my acupuncturist who referred me to him. There truly are no words to fully express my gratitude towards the success in healing that I have experienced.
Almost two years ago, I had an acoustic neuroma removed. Since then I developed cluster headaches that have caused severe pain and have required maximum prescription medications. After my first CranioSacral Therapy visit with Adrian, I felt such relief with my headaches that I was able to eliminate the use of all my prescription medication and take only Tylenol three times a day for a total of 3,000mg.
On my third therapy session, the knot in the back of my head where the pain was stemming from, was completely gone and I was able to reduce my daily dose of Tylenol to only 1,000mg. My head feels clear for the first time in almost two years and I feel like myself again.

"My first time at Pacific Center for Health was a great experience. I have CRPS and unfortunately I have to be on a lot of heavy medications for pain. After my first session I finally felt hopeful in finding relief from my pain. I was able to do things after one session that I haven't been able to do for many years. My workman's comp has given me 5 more visits and I have high hopes for great changes in my pain here at Pacific Center for Heatlh. Adrian is great.
Now I have had six sessions and cannot believe the difference in my disease process. I have had arthritis in my big toe and was scheduled for surgery. After five sessions I can now bend a toe that was frozen and stand on the ball of my foot. When I started there I was bandaging my foot to walk. “I have been living with tinnitus for over 25 years. It developed after an ear operation then was exacerbated by wearing adult braces, which also caused substantial TMJ pain. Over the years, the tinnitus level increased to the point that seriously interfered with my daily life. I had made the rounds to primary care doctors, ENTs, and dentists. No one could help. I had tried many different therapies and found some relief in physical therapy of the neck muscles, but the tinnitus noise remained.
My physical therapist recommended Adrian and CranioSacral Therapy. After several appointments I have a noticeable reduction in the tinnitus level. At first the lower level would last a day or so, then increase to its regular volume. As my treatment continued, I noticed that I had more days at the lower level and that the TMJ pain had disappeared.
At the time of this review, I have had two weeks of continuous, reduced tinnitus sound. I realize that tinnitus has many causes and others may not have the wonderful response that I have. I am hopeful for increased healing as my treatment with Adrian continues. Adrian provides a comfortable, gentle therapy and I am thrilled with the results.”
