William Schlesinger graduated from Pacific College of Health and Science (formerly Pacific College of Oriental Medicine) as part of the first graduating class to receive a Doctorate of Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine. His training included clinical internships at Rady Children’s Hospital and at the UCSD sports complex treating college athletes. Between his training in traditional Chinese modalities and advanced study of evidence-informed practice and collaborative case management, he can work closely with your case to develop an effective, customized treatment plan that integrates traditional healing practices with modern science. Will is committed to providing a safe and relaxing treatment experience for patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Will also holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from the University of New Mexico, with coursework in Botany, Human Evolution, Immunology, and Developmental Biology. He is also an instructor of traditional Okinawan karate and weapons arts, and has brought what he has learned about body mechanics, mindfulness, and the philosophy of martial arts to his practice of medicine. In his free time, he enjoys refining his mind by playing strategic board games with his friends.
