Dr. Lindsay Wunsch DACM, L.Ac, LMT is a licensed acupuncturist, herbalist, and massage therapist. She studied at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, where she earned her Doctorate degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. During clinical training she worked with Rady Children hospital, UCSD RIMAC sports center, Veterans clinic, and Integrative Community Health Clinic. Lindsay has training in both Japanese and Chinese style of acupuncture. Lindsay has apprenticed at Pacific Center of Health since 2016 with Adrian Bean, Rachel Riba, and Rick Gold. Lindsay has been practicing massage therapy at Pacific Center of Health since 2018. She is trained in a variety of modalities including craniosacral, neural manipulation, neuromuscular, swedish, and deep tissue. Lindsay is also a Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor and enjoys teaching patients stretches and exercise to reduce pain and improve mobility.
Lindsay is originally from Long Island New York. She earned her Bachelors degree in Health Science at Mercy College in New York where she played both field hockey and lacrosse. While completing her undergraduate degree, Lindsay faced ongoing digestive issues, and back pain. It was during this time she was introduced to the healing of Acupuncture. Inspired by her personal healing experience she moved to San Diego to pursue her studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Currently Lindsay is working on completing her training in Neural and Visceral manipulation certification through the Barral Institute. In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys surfing, diving, climbing, practicing yoga, and hiking. She is passionate about life and loves to help and inspire others to reach their full potential.
