Lisa Loos, LMT is a certified and licensed Massage Therapist, completing her massage therapy program in December 2007. She graduated from National University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary studies then moved forward to the International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB) to create her passion for massage.
She specializes in customizing each massage to a client's personal needs using a blend of various modalities developed throughout her studies at IPSB including: Swedish massage, Deep Tissue Sculpting, Thai Foot, Neuromuscular Therapy, Esalen style, Asian Healing specialties and a variety of Energy work. Because of her background in education, Lisa encourages client interaction during massage including visualization and breathing techniques and will send clients home with self-care suggestions to help alleviate stress and pain between appointments. She keeps a positive attitude regarding relationship and success and focuses her bodywork with the intention of transcending mind, body and spirit. Here at Pacific Center, she will work closely with Practitioners to provide patients the best type of massage for their condition and/or for stress reduction. Lisa also offers in-home outcall services for our patients, relatives and friends in order to provide the service of touch to the greater San Diego area.
Lisa is a massage enthusiast, guitar aficionado and lover of life and dogs. Born in Los Angeles now residing in San Diego, she is excited about embarking on all new experiences with Pacific Center of Health and The Healing Point.
