Deborah Baltazar-Moore, LMT is a licensed and certified massage therapist, and graduate of Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. My training includes, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai, and Tui Na massage.
I have been physically active most of my life, a runner when I was in high school and college. Running turned to walking, and what I like to call ‘urban hiking’. This was a great stress relief from the corporate desk job that I had for 16 years. Being active after sitting at a computer all day would manifest its own set of physical challenges, like muscle tightness, strains, and pulls. Before my official massage training I would always self-massage and do what I could to heal myself.
Healing touch is powerful and not only helps with physical ailments, but can also help to heal emotional traumas, and help to move stagnant energy. I believe that the path to health and wellness should include massage therapy. I will customize the perfect treatment to help you achieve your wellness goals. In my free time, you can often find me urban hiking, and enjoy spending time with my husband, and friends and family. I am a Taiji practitioner of over 10 years, and love to take Zumba and hip hop dance classes. I also have a deep interest in wine viticulture and oenology.
